If you're getting bad performance you may not meet the requirements to run GE and PD at 60FPS with the plugins recommended above. If for some reason your window doesn't properly scale when going fullscreen, try to right click on 1964.exe - Properties - Compatability - and enable "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings". Also remember to change the file extension name accordingly to what you have.z64 is just an example.
Keep in mind these are just examples and you have to put your ROM's name after -g, just make sure there are no spaces like "-g GoldenEye 007.z64" won't work.

Set it to 18 if you have a powerful CPU so PD has more stability at running on 60FPS consitently without slowdowns.
